Replacement Gas Coalescer Cartridge for PECO PZC-336-CE

Parker PZC Gas Coalescer Cartridge is a high-performance gas filtration element designed for the efficient removal of fine liquid aerosols, oil mist, water droplets, and other liquid contaminants from natural gas and process gas streams. It is commonly used in gas purification systems to protect downstream equipment such as compressors, turbines, valves, and instrumentation.

The PZC cartridge features a specially engineered depth filtration media that combines high contaminant holding capacity with excellent coalescing efficiency. The multi-layer structure creates an optimized flow path, allowing small aerosol droplets to merge into larger droplets that can be effectively drained from the system.

Application：

Natural Gas Transmission & PRMS: Protects Pressure Regulating and Metering Stations (PRMS), pipeline compressors, and gas turbines from liquid contamination.

Amine & Glycol Contactor Protection: Placed upstream/downstream of Amine and TEG contactor towers to prevent foaming and minimize chemical loss.

Compressor Protection (Inlet&Outlet):Inlet: Prevents liquid slugging and particulate erosion on pistons/impellers.Outlet: Coalesces and recovers lube oil aerosols to prevent downstream pipeline contamination.

Fuel Gas Filtration: Delivers clean, dry fuel gas to gas turbines and internal combustion engines to prevent nozzle plugging.

Refining & Petrochemical: Gas-liquid separation in hydrocrackers, hydrogen recycle loops, and chemical synthesis processes.

Instrument & Control Gas Systems:Delivers ultra-clean, dry gas to sensitive pneumatic actuators, control valves, and online analyzers to eliminate jamming and corrosion.

Industrial Gas Separation (PSA/Membrane): Eliminates micro-aerosols before molecular sieves or separation membranes to prevent oil/water blinding and maintain separation efficiency.
